  NAV per Ordinary share of 1p 106.14 pence. 


 




  The number of ordinary shares in issue did not change during the period. At 30 June 2009, there were 4,590,340 ordinary shares in issue. 


 




  The Annual General Meeting of the company was held on 30 June 2008, at which all resolutions proposed were approved by shareholders.
