LendInvest Secured Income plc II (the "Company"), a wholly owned subsidiary of LendInvest Plc, the platform for property finance, has published its audited financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, which can be accessed at https://docs.lendinvest.com/web/public-pdfs/2024/LendInvest+Secured+Income+II+PLC+31.03.2024+-Signed.pdf.

The Company has also delivered those audited financial statements to U.S. Bank Trustees Limited, as trustee of the Company's £1,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme.
