The Directors announce that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be

2009 at 3.00 p.m. local time (1.00 p.m. GMT) . 
A notice detailing the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM has been posted to 
shareholders today, together with a proxy form and a form of instruction, and is
