Policy Maturities

Life Settlement Assets plc has received notification on 1 March 2024 of a maturity across two policies held by the Company with a face value of US$ 9.2 million.   These maturities are in the process of being valued and, if verified, would add approximately US$8.2 million to the Company's assets equating to approximately 7.2% of the unaudited NAV to 31 December 2023, before costs.
