PDMR Shareholding
Maistro plc (AIM: MAIS) is pleased to announce that pursuant to
the announcement on 14 December 2018 in relation to the Open Offer,
certain directors of the Company have subscribed for 3,581,495 Open
Offer shares of 1 penny each.
Save as otherwise defined, capitalised terms used in this
