MAXjet's systemwide load factor in July was 75.5%, a year-over-year increase of
14.3 percentage points and an encouraging performance during a traditionally
slower period for business class travel. During April, May and June, MAXjet's
systemwide load factors were 75.4%, 76.9% and 83.1% respectively.
Progress on yields continues to be made both year on year and month on month.
Forward bookings also remain strong and the Company looks forward to the launch
of the new Los Angeles route on 30 August.
Key performance indicators for July and the year to date are summarized in the

July On-time Performance
MAXjet's on-time performance for July 2007 was 72.1%. On-time performance in
July was impacted by adverse weather in Washington Dulles and New York JFK, ramp
congestion at Terminal One at JFK and prolonged air-traffic control delays at
JFK airport. On 5 August 2007 MAXjet relocated its operations to Terminal Four
at JFK and expects a subsequent improvement in on-time performance. MAXjet's
year to date flight completions fell in July to 97%. MAXjet had planned for its
fourth aircraft to enter scheduled service during July. This delivery has been
delayed until 13 August as a result of parts availability. The Company therefore
did not have the expected spare capacity available to cope with unplanned
maintenance during July, and furthermore given that one of the Company's other
aircraft is currently undergoing a planned heavy maintenance check, MAXjet
dropped a total of eleven round-trip flights from the schedule in July and
August. All passengers on impacted flights have been offered alternative
itineraries on MAXjet or other airlines, as well as additional compensation.

Carol Phelan-Marsh joined MAXjet as Chief Marketing Officer on 23 July 2007.
