RECEIPT OF SHAREHOLDER NOTICE

MC Mining Limited (MC Mining or the Company) advises that it has received a notice (Notice) pursuant to section 203D(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act) on behalf of  shareholder, Dendocept Proprietary Limited (the Shareholder), regarding the intention of the Shareholder to move a resolution for the removal of one Director of the Company, being Mr Andrew Mifflin.

The Shareholder has also informed the Company of its intention to issue a notice under section 249F of the Corporations Act to requisition a meeting of shareholders with respect to the resolution set out in the Notice and other resolutions proposed in the section 249F request.

The Company will consider the Notice and the section 249F notice when received and comply with its obligations under the Corporations Act. Shareholders will be provided with updates as required.

This announcement has been approved by the Company's Disclosure Committee.
