Mood Media Corporation (ISIN: CA61534J1057)(TSX:MM / LSE AIM:MM), a global
leader in designing in-store consumer experiences, announces that the
management information circular dated 14 April 14 2014 (the "Circular") is
available on the Corporation's website at www.moodmedia.com and at
www.sedar.com, together with the accounts for the year ended 31 December 2013
which have been posted to shareholders.

As announced on 14 May 2014, the ten nominees set forth in the Circular were
elected as directors of the Company to hold office until the close of the next
annual meeting of the Company's shareholders or until their successors are duly
elected or appointed. The new directors appointed were Richard Kronengold, Ross
Benjamin Levin and Richard Glenn Warren.

Richard Kronengold is a director of Spark361 LLC. Ross Levin has in the last
five years been a director of Presidential Life Corporation, Presidential Life
Insurance Company (NY) and American Community Properties Trust. There are no
further details to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two to
the AIM Rules.
