MOD Resources Ltd, (ASX/LSE: MOD) the copper exploration and development company focused on the central Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana, advises that Metal Tiger Plc ("Metal Tiger") has issued a Form 604 to the Australian Securities Exchange.

The Form 604 titled 'Change in substantial holding' indicates that Metal Tiger increased their holding from 31,838,393 common stock or 10.48% of total common stock up to 67,686,791 common stock or 19.9% of total common stock.
