Result of Extraordinary General Meeting

Naibu Global International Company Plc (AIM:NBU), a leading Chinese manufacturer and supplier of branded sportswear, announces that at its Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The Company also confirms the timetable for the payment of the proposed interim dividend to shareholders, which is set out in the table below.
