The Company announces that it was notified on 18 December 2023 that, Alastair Miller, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in NewRiver at 84.04 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 December 2023. Following this transaction Alastair Miller holds 99,806 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
