                      Agreement with Panasonic Netherlands


The Board of Invu Inc ("Invu"), the document management software provider, is
delighted to announce an agreement with Panasonic Netherlands to take on
exclusive distribution of Invu products to copier and Multi Function Device
resellers in Holland.  Panasonic has been an Invu reseller for two years, with
sales growing significantly this year.

The biggest single contract in Invu's history, the agreement is for three years,
with a guaranteed minimum purchase commitment from Panasonic of Euro1.3 million in
the first year.  These commitments increase strongly in years 2 and 3, but are
subject to review and agreement in each year.

Panasonic has over 10,000 live customers and is actively working on a prospect
database of more then 60.000 customers in Holland.
