Pilat Technologies International Ltd ("PTI" or "the Company") was notified on 4
December 2006 that on 27 November 2006 Excellence Nessuah Ltd, a company that
owns both mutual and pension funds in Israel, purchased 283,393 shares of NIS
0.01 each in PTI, at NIS 1.244 (approximately 15p), which increased its holding
to 1,414,021 shares, representing 5.30 per cent. of the issued share capital.
Of this shareholding 833,667 shares are held by its mutual funds and 580,354 by
its pension funds.

On 3 December 2006 Chaim Helfgott, a director of the Company, sold 28,297
ordinary shares of NIS 0.01 each in PTI. The sale was effected on the Tel Aviv
Stock Exchange at a price of NIS 1.50 per share (approximately 18p). Following
this transaction, Mr. Helfgott holds 13,000 ordinary shares in the Company,
representing 0.04 per cent. of the issued share capital.
