Transaction in Own Shares 
 
 
Pixel Media (AIM:PIXL), Asia's leading online advertising sales network, today 
announces that on 15 September 2009 it purchased for cancellation 40,000 
ordinary shares at a price of 14.7 pence per share in accordance with the 
authority granted to it by shareholders at its Annual General Meeting. Following 
the above purchase, the Company has 39,942,337 ordinary shares in issue.
