Annual General Meeting held on 27 September 2007. 

Patientline plc is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed by the 
Chairman were passed by shareholders on a show of hands.

Details of the levels of proxy appointments and associated voting instructions 
received prior to the meeting will be available later today on the

Patientline plc has today submitted two copies of all resolutions, relating 
other than to ordinary business, to the UK Listing Authority and which will be 
available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document Viewing
