Reduction of Share Premium Account

Rasmala is pleased to announce that, on 9 August 2017, the Chancery Division of the High Court of Justice approved the reduction of the Company's Share Premium Account by the amount of GBP20,000,000.

The reduction will be used to create distributable reserves.
