Issue of ZDP Shares

The Directors of SDV 2025 ZDP PLC (the "Company") are pleased to announce the issue of 200,000 ZDP Shares of 100 pence each ("ZDP Shares") at a price of 104.25 pence per share, conditionally upon Admission. These ZDP Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ZDP Shares in issue. The ZDP Shares were issued at a premium to the last published net asset value per ZDP Share.

Application has been made for the ZDP Shares to be admitted to the standard listing segment of the Official List and to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange ("Admission"). Admission is expected to commence at 8.00am on Tuesday, 15 May 2018.

Following Admission, the total number of ZDP Shares in issue will be 14,500,000.

Terms used and not defined in this announcement bear the meaning given to them in the Prospectus dated 24 November 2017.
