                         ("Strathdon" or the "Company")

                                     Update

The directors of Strathdon announce a reduction in the Company's Net Asset
Value, to �4.87 million as at 31 December 2007 (�6.94 million as at 30 September
2007), which is equivalent to 9.4 pence per share (13.4 pence per share as at 30
September 2007). The Net Asset Value takes into account the sale of Capital
Consulting Limited, in which Strathdon had a holding, for zero consideration and
a significant write down in the value of Strathdon's investment in eeParts, both
of which occurred in January 2008.

The Directors are actively considering the strategic options for the Company.
