owner of fast-moving consumer products, makes the following
notification pursuant to Schedule Six of the AIM Rules for
Companies regarding its existing block admission arrangements which
were announced on 19 January 2023:

In compliance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company announces that, as at
the date of this announcement, it has 117,338,919 Ordinary Shares
in issue. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury
and all of the Ordinary Shares have equal voting rights.
The figure of 117,338,919 Ordinary Shares represents the total
voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if
they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their
interest in, the Company under the Rules.
