THE CAYENNE TRUST PLC
Convertible Stock Buy-back
The Cayenne Trust plc announces that it has today bought back
for cancellation GBP425,000 in nominal value of its 3.25%
Convertible Unsecured Loan Stock 2016 ("CULS") at a price of
108.50p per GBP1.00 nominal.
Following the buy back and cancellation, there remains
GBP12,001,146 in nominal value of the Company's CULS still in
issue.
