Cancellation of Ordinary Shares

The Cayenne Trust plc ("Company") announces that on 23 July 2015 the Board approved the cancellation of 4,500,000 of the Ordinary shares the Company was holding in treasury. The Ordinary shares, representing approximately 17.76% of the Ordinary capital in issue prior to the cancellation, excluding treasury shares, were cancelled on a FIFO (first in first out) basis.

As a result of the cancellation, the number of Ordinary shares in issue, Ordinary shares held in treasury, and Total Voting Rights attaching to the capital in issue are now as follows:
