Executive directors share purchase
Ten Entertainment Group plc (the "Company") announces that on
Friday 08 April 2022 its Executive Directors purchased the
following ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") as
part of the FY21 annual bonus payable in accordance with the
Remuneration Policy as set out in the Company's Annual Report which
was published on 29 March 2021. The Shares were purchased at an
average price of 264.1p per Share.

These Shares have a two-year holding period from the date of
purchase, which continues post cessation of employment. These
Shares will be held in the Company's Employee Share Scheme account

Remuneration Committee discretion.
