Taseko Announces PDMR Share Transaction

January 12, 2024, Vancouver, BC - Taseko Mines Limited (TSX: TKO; NYSE American: TGB; LSE: TKO) ("Taseko" or the "Company") announces that one of its Directors, Robert Dickson, has advised the Company that he exercised at total of 44,000 share options, which were due to expire on January 10, 2024, and sold a total of 44,000 common shares of no par value ("Common Shares") in the capital of the Company at an average price of C$1.91 per share (approximately GBP1.12/share) on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
