Tristel plc (AIM: TSTL), the manufacturer of infection prevention products, announces that on 23 June 2023, Tom Jenkins, Non-Executive Director, purchased 8,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 372 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result, Tom Jenkin's beneficial interest in the Company is 8,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
