                        Extension to Debt Facility Term 
 
 
The Company announces that it has agreed with its banking providers to extend 
the term of its debt facility to 15 May 2011.  The Company's debt facility now 
comprises a term loan of GBP19 million and a revolving credit facility of 
GBP34.6 million. 
 
The Company remains focused on reducing the level of debt in the business.
