WYG announces that Yorkshire Building Society Trustee acquired on 18 December 
2009, 
244,203 ordinary shares in the company for the purpose of the WYG Share 
Incentive Plan at a price of GBP0.0735 per share. These shares will be used to 
satisfy employees' contributions to the Plan deducted from their November pay.
