Yujin International Ltd ("Yujin" or "the Company" or "the Group")

Withdrawal of Special Resolution to approve the Cancellation of its Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM

On 17 April 2013 Yujin announced it had posted a circular ("the Circular") proposing, subject to the approval of its shareholders at a general meeting, to cancel the admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM ("the Cancellation").

Since posting the Circular the Company has been approached by a potential strategic partner who had asked for the opportunity to discuss with the board a possible investment with the Company that would entail the Company maintaining its listing on AIM.

Accordingly, Yujin shareholders are hereby advised that special resolution number 1 included in the notice convening a general meeting of Yujin shareholders, which was included in the Circular, is hereby withdrawn and will not be proposed at the shareholders meeting.
