GVH Globavend Holdings Ltd

Globavend Holdings Limited (Nasdaq: GVH) (the “Company” or “Globavend”), an emerging e-commerce logistics provider, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering (the “Offering”) of 1,500,000 ordinary shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per ordinary share. The Company expects to receive aggregate gross proceeds of $6,000,000 from the Offering, before deducting underwriting discounts and other offering expenses. In addition, the Company has granted the Underwriter a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 225,000 ordinary shares at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts.

The ordinary shares are expected to being trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on November 8, 2023, under the symbol “GVH.” The Offering is expected to close on November 10, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering for leasing or purchasing warehouses, setting up parcel collection points or intelligent delivery and collection solutions, setting up overseas business entities, branches and offices, potential mergers and acquisitions and for working capital and general corporate use.
