ICGN Icagen, Inc. (MM)

Pfizer Inc. (PFE) informed Icagen Inc.'s (ICGN) board in a letter Friday that its best and final offer price for the biopharmaceutical company was $6 a share, Reuters reported.

Pfizer said it wouldn't raise its offer even if a majority of the Icagen shares aren't tendered, according to Reuters.
