Philadelphia Step Out Walk Co-Chair alongside Nutrisystem D
spokesperson, admired sports legend and civic leader, Billie Jean King. To celebrate the
collaboration, the Company will hold the 2011 Step Out Walk to
Stop Diabetes CEO Corporate Recruitment Breakfast on
April 13th, 2011, at the offices of
law firm Stradley Ronon Stevens & Young in Philadelphia. The invitation-only breakfast
will serve as the official kickoff to this year's Step Out
Walk, uniting thousands to change the future of diabetes.
Nutrisystem and King have worked collectively to help raise
diabetes awareness since the inception of Nutrisystem D, a weight
loss program specifically designed for people with type-2 diabetes
who want to lose weight. Together, the team now calls on
corporations to lend their support in this year's effort to provide
critical funding for diabetes community education programs that
provide help and hope to people who face the daily rigors and
