Project Energy Reimagined Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended September 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-Q”) by the prescribed due date. Additional time is needed for the Company to complete the Form 10-Q and permit the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm to complete its review. The Company is working diligently to complete the Form 10-Q as soon as possible.
