We are proud to become a part of such a high quality organization.� On October 30, 2008, the certificate of merger was filed with the office of the Secretary of State for Delaware, and PeopleSupport became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Essar Services, Mauritius and Aegis BPO. PeopleSupport also reported that it has filed for delisting of its stock with NASDAQ and has filed with the SEC for deregistration under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. PeopleSupport shareholders of record on October 30, 2008 will receive instructions from Computershare, the paying agent for the merger, that will explain how to surrender stock certificates in exchange for the merger consideration of $12.25 per common share.
