Boykin Lodging Announces Sale of Yakima Hotel CLEVELAND, June 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Boykin Lodging Company (NYSE:BOY), a hotel real estate investment trust, today announced that it has sold the Clarion Hotel & Conference Center in Yakima, Washington to an unrelated third party for a price of $4.2 million. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes. The sale is a continuation of the Company's plan to dispose of non-core assets, those which are not consistent with the Company's strategy of focusing on major metropolitan areas and beachfront markets.
