Compute Health Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the “Quarterly Report”) by the prescribed due date as a result of the fact that the compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Quarterly Report for the relevant period has imposed unexpected time constraints. The Company anticipates that it will file the Quarterly Report no later than the fifth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
