GLOBAL NET LEASE ANNOUNCES RELEASE DATE

FOR SECOND QUARTER 2024 RESULTS

 

NEW YORK – July 15, 2024 – Global Net Lease, Inc. (NYSE: GNL) (“GNL” or the “Company”) announced today that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024 on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.

 

The Company will host a conference call and audio webcast on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, beginning at 11:00 a.m. ET, to discuss the second quarter results and provide commentary on business performance. The results will be released before the call which will be conducted by GNL’s management team. A question-and-answer session will follow the prepared remarks.

 

Dial-in instructions for the conference call and the replay are outlined below. This conference call will also be broadcast live over the Internet and can be accessed by all interested parties through the GNL website, www.globalnetlease.com, in the "Investor Relations" section.
