notification today that Erudite Limited, a company ultimately 100% owned by
Peter Gyllenhammar, has purchased 53,000 ordinary shares in the Company and as a
result has a holding of 366,917 ordinary shares representing approximately 9.6
per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
