CEO Recardo Haynes filed a Form 144 for the sale of about 10.5 million shares of WBSR on Febuary 28,2025. These shares had been previously dividend to him by WTG. Not a good sign when the company has yet to produce any revenues. Also showing that the OTC dropped the company's OTCQB designation.
