Holding in the Company

The Company was notified today that, on 2 September 2003, Eaglet Investment
Trust plc ("EIT") purchased 750,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company
(the "Shares"), approximately 4.32 per cent of the Company's issued ordinary
shares.

The Shares represent EIT's entire holding in the ordinary share capital of the
Company and will be held in the name of HSBC Global Custody Nominees Ltd,
Account Designate: EAGLET - 866379.
