Decklar Resources Inc. (the “Company”) (DKL-TSX Venture) announces that further to its press releases dated August 31, and September 30, 2020 regarding the Subscription Agreement entered into with a subsidiary of San Leon Energy Plc, the parties have agreed to an extension until November 21, 2020 in order to finalize certain conditions precedent in the Subscription Agreement, which have taken longer than expected due to travel restrictions in place as a response to Covid-19. All other terms of the transaction remain unchanged.
