Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. (TSX:BAU) (the "Company"), announced today that it
does not intend to proceed with the proposed resolution to amend the Company's
articles to create a class of preferred shares, as more particularly described
in the management information circular of the Company, dated September 9, 2013.
As the proposed resolution will not be presented for approval at the annual and
special meeting of shareholders to be held on October 16, 2013, no proxies
received will be voted in respect of it.
