June 17, 2013 - Durango Resources Inc. (the "Company") announces a non brokered private placement of up to 2,500,000 units at $0.06 per unit for gross proceeds of up to $150,000 to be used for general working capital. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant exercisable for three years at $0.10 from the date of closing. The foregoing is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
