ENQUEST ENERGY SERVICES CORP. ("EnQuest" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:ENQ)
is pleased to announce that four of its principal operating subsidiaries, Speedy
Heavy Hauling, Inc., Summit Crane, Tubular Transportation, and Northern Truck &
Crane, Inc., have entered into a sale agreement with the qualified Buyer (the
"Asset Purchaser") referenced in the May 5, 2010 press release of the
Corporation, for the sale of substantially all of their operating assets (the
"Asset Sale"). The Asset Sale is conditional upon shareholder, regulatory and
court approvals. 


EnQuest has also executed a non-binding letter of intent which contemplates the
acquisition by the Asset Purchaser, or its affiliate, of the shares of the
Corporation. The share acquisition is subject to the execution of a definitive
share acquisition agreement. The definitive share acquisition agreement will
also be subject to the requisite shareholder, regulatory, and court approvals.


EnQuest provides energy services throughout North America in the following
primary business segments: transportation services, rig moving, crane services,
specialized heavy hauling, oilfield equipment rentals, retailer of new and
refurbished oil country tubular goods and pipe storage.
