People who bought the december offering at $3 a share sure are tasting some pain. Surprise the underwriters arent supporting the stock better.

ImmunityBio has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price
I wonder if the underwriters exercised this option or not. $3 share price doesnt look to great a deal at the moment.

Looks like around 233k in debt to 3 noteholders issued around 5 years ago. Obviously more at this point with accrued interest owed. Still outstanding as far as I can tell.

This is a highly speculative field. Rigetti may not match top companies in benchmarks, but that doesn't mean they can't cut out their own piece of the pie. I have no idea when they'll be profitable or show significant revenue, but we can't pretend to know the future.
