QUEBEC CITY, QUEBEC ("Kolombo") announces Mr. Bernard Bougie resigned his positions of director and chairman of the audit committee of Kolombo for personal reasons. The Board of Directors and Management wish to thank Mr. Bougie for his collaboration throughout the last years.

Mr. Bougie has been replaced as chairman of the audit committee by Mr. Jean-Charles Dupuis.
