Motapa Diamonds Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MTP) has granted an option to purchase 200,000
common shares in Motapa to a director. The option exercise price is $0.38 and
term of the option is 18 months. The option is granted in terms of Motapa's
stock option plan and is subject to TSX Venture Exchange policies.
