PKM Preo Software Inc.

PREO SOFTWARE INC. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:PKM). The Corporation
announces that an aggregate of 1,043,470 options to purchase common shares at a
purchase price of $0.22 have been granted to certain officers, directors and
employees. The options have a term of 4 years and 12.5% of the options will vest
every 6 months commencing on January 1, 2011. The remaining terms of the options
will be in accordance with the Corporation's form of Stock Option Plan approved
by shareholders on May 31, 2010.
