Running Fox's Board of Directors have appointed Dr. Reuven Getter and Mr. Shane
Meyers as new Directors of the Company.


Dr. Getter owns businesses based in Chicago IL., including RG Diamonds Company
for the past 24 years.


Dr. Getter has business relationships and partnerships in the Democratic
Republic of Congo, West Africa, Japan, Hong Kong, Canada, and the USA.


Mr. Shane Meyers has more than 20 years of experience in the capital markets
working in various positions including Portfolio Manager and Vice President.
From 2001 until April 2009, he worked at Bolder Investment Partners("Bolder").
While at Bolder, he was the Portfolio Advisor for both the Canadian Small Cap
Resource Funds and Accretive Flow Through Limited Partnerships from 2005 to
2009. Mr. Meyers resigned from Bolder in April 2009 to pursue personal
interests. Mr. Meyers holds a degree in Economics (Honours) from the University
of British Columbia and obtained his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
designation in 1994. Shane is a significant shareholder of the Company.


Running Fox is a Canadian growth-oriented resource company with mineral projects
including US uranium and Canadian gold properties, oil and gas assets, and
oilfield service operations.
