Looks like the SEC is charging David Skriloff for his role in the EPT stock promotion, not exactly sure what he would have had to gain from it, as his shares were restricted, seems like it would have been a LOT of risk on his part....but what were the rewards...??

In any case, the whole thing is just mindboggling, I don't really see why EPT would have needed a promo in the first place, real company, big customers, great product. The stock was suspended so quickly after the promo started, I doubt much money was made by those responsible, if anything they probably lost money, given that I believe over $1M was paid to the promoters.

Just a total disaster.

Is this the company that Vivakor(VIVK) had an agreement with? If so, they are gonna be very valuable in the future.

The company manufactures a Flexibag, that fits inside a standardized container. It allows for the transport of liquids without the need to use numerous barrels, ISO tanks or bulk containers. The Flexibag can be used for both hot and cold liquids, so it is ideal for agriculture products such as juice and milk, but is also tested to be filled with liquid hot bitumen.

Recently they announced they had adopted a vertical integration strategy, to supply Alberta bitumen to oversea locations in China and India. They recently completed a 600 container trial with suppliers in China, and are expecting an ongoing purchase order for supply.

What kind of transport? Cargo ship ?
