Atlantis Technology Group's (PINKSHEETS: ATNP) Board of Directors
has scheduled a meeting for July 2nd, 2010 to move up the spin off
record date due to recent events that were completed faster than
predicted. The new record date of the spin off, if approved, will
be released on or by July 5th, 2010.
The record date is the date that you must own shares of Atlantis
Technology Group to take part and receive shares of Global Online
Television Corporation.
The Board of Directors will also be discussing the release of
TellyTube's Web Site to the public prior to the scheduled launch
date of July 22nd 2010. Although the many aspects of the Web Site
will not be finished it will give a chance for users to get a feel
for it.
Christopher M Dubeau states, "We have received many questions
regarding TellyTube and its concept; basically, TellyTube is the
same concept as YouTube but users will be getting paid every time
their videos are viewed. We feel that YouTube users will post their
videos on the TellyTube Web Site just to earn revenue from the same
videos. We feel that this will be a strong addition to Atlantis
Technology Group."
