CES Synergies' Subsidiary Cross Environmental Services Names Scott Millard Senior Project Manager

Synergies, Inc. (OTCQB: CESX)
announces that its subsidiary, Cross Environmental Services, Inc.
(CES), has hired Scott Millard as a Senior Project Manager for its
south Florida office. Mr. Millard's experience includes over 20
years in the construction industry with a concentration in
demolition and remediation contracting. He is a licensed mold
remediation contractor with extensive asbestos abatement, mold
remediation and demolition project experience. In addition, Mr.
Millard has estimated, designed and managed many large scale
asbestos projects, including the abatement on several bridge
projects. During the last 20 years, he has also overseen numerous
remediation and demolition projects at the Miami International
Airport.
